     This website, westbankbiblechurch.com, is provided to anyone interested in our church or studying the Word of God. The entire site is provided free of charge. We will never solicit money or support from anyone using this site.  Any information you might choose to provide will not be used for anything other than to reply back to you when you request information.  Westbank Bible Church and I will not collect or retain any data from you.  We will never share or sell your information with anyone.

     Westbank Bible Church will report to the proper authorities any attempt to alter or harm this website, and will provide them with any information available to help catch the offending party.

     Use the website at your own risk.  We make no claims, expressed or implied that this or any other website is safe to use.  We will do everything we can to keep it safe but cannot not be responsible for any computer problems, lack of access or any other problems you may experience.  

     We use scripts and ActiveX controls to run the streaming audio.  Some users will get a warning on their computer that they are trying to access a site using scripts and ActiveX controls. Those controls are sometimes used by hackers and other people trying to do bad things, but we need them to provide the streaming audio.

Personal note:
     If you don't attend church or you've been in a church that gives you a Bible verse or two and a story, then you might be disappointed with Pastor Merritt's ministry.  He teaches the Bible, I mean really teaches it.  He gives you Scripture, and backs it up with more Scripture.  You must be ready for intense Bible study, but Pastor Merritt is a gifted teacher and gives his congregants a written copy of each Bible lessons so they can better follow his lecture.  We are glad you are here.
